Methodology

Project Initiation
Problems domain are identified. All decisions, including cost, schedule and scope changes are formally documented. Project teams are set up.

Analysis and Requirement Definition
Detailed user requirement for the system are developed in this stage. Deliverables from these activities include User Requirement Specification.

System Design
Database structure for the application is designed based on user requirement specification. GUI are designed and discussed.

Coding/Testing
Upon acceptance of the GUI design, actual coding for the application begins. Testing is performed for each completed module to ensure system integrity. In vitsoft, we implement cross-functioning role for each programmer where none of the programmer will be testing their own codes but will be checked by other programmers.

Deployment
Deployment includes:

• Installation of application;
• Master data setup;
• Training;
• User Acceptance Test (UAT) ;
• Project Review;
• Trial Run

Post Implementation Review
This activity provides for a formal project closeout and on-going review to help ensure that the application operates efficiently and continues to satisfy changing client/partner business objectives.
